WHAT IS A YOGA THERAPY PRIVATE?
Working on a private level allows the yoga therapist to focus on you and your body giving you an enhanced idea of where yoga can take you. We look at breath, and specific body issues to give you a personalized practice for daily use. Many people take privates to enhance their practice, take it deeper, or because they enjoy the one-on-one environment. Some also have new and old injuries or illnesses they feel can be assisted through the practice of yoga. It is a great way for Sue to get to know your body as a new student in a class as well!
